Candidate is real-life TWR+APP student Mark-Julius Pikat, who will perform his best to obtain new rating.
As much of traffic (incl. VFR) as possible is required in order for the candidate to pass. We highly recommend you to fly a route between EETN-EFRO, to support Fly & See Santa 2014 event.
